Elyann Oats

These spring sown oats are a low-input variety and therefore great for organic systems as part of a rotation of other grains and ferility-building green manures.

This is very well-suited to the setup at Old Parsonage Farm and yields an excellent oat groat which is ready for consumption as is, or for further milling into flaked oats, oatmeal and oat flour.
